General Ecology's Spark L Pure system with Aqua Polish® 7 (AP-7) micro filtration modules, are intended for use with fresh water supplies that are considered microbiological acceptable relative to bacteria and smaller pathogens. They offer a rated flow of up to 26 US gpm - more than enough for household, yacht or aircraft total water supply, and for many commercial and industrial applications.
AP-7 modules remove various fibres, visible dirt and scale, chlorine, foul tastes, odours and many other contaminants by incorporating extremely fine Micro filtration and Broad Spectrum Absorption/ Molecular Sieving into General Ecology's unique "Structured Matrix" ™ micro filtration technology but are not rated to remove water-borne pathogenic bacteria and viruses. Does not desalinate.
