The Reich Odour Trap is designed to prevent the escape of foul odours or gases from plumbing fixtures and sewage systems into living or occupied spaces. It is a crucial component in plumbing systems that helps maintain proper sanitation and prevents the spread of unpleasant smells.
The electronic frost protection lid reliably protects the siphon or odour trap from freezing. It is switched on automatically using a thermo switch once the temperature ranges between 5°C and 8°C and has a power consumption of 2 Watt (12 V). Siphons and outlets are equipped with a pipe connection which fits with the REICH waste water system.
